Shipping policy

At Chew Crew, we know your dog can’t wait to get their new toys, and we work hard to make sure every order ships quickly, safely, and with care. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Orders placed after 2 PM MT on Fridays or during holidays will ship the next business day.

We currently ship to all U.S. states. Standard shipping (3–7 business days) is available for a flat rate of $5.95, while expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is calculated at checkout. Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping, which will automatically apply at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or holiday volume.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your package directly through the carrier’s website once it’s in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or if it hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of its expected delivery, please contact us right away at woof@chewcrew.com. We’ll do our best to locate your package or send a replacement as quickly as possible.

At this time, Chew Crew only ships within the United States, but we hope to offer international shipping in the near future. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email us within 12 hours at woof@chewcrew.com. Once an order has shipped, we can’t guarantee changes to the delivery address.
